He's pretty thick....yet tight
I think layzie followed him around for a while. Id like to know exact diet too. And exact workouts. Id like it completely broken down. Lets see how he gets so freakin lean and jacked. I would replicate it.
Probably a diet high in dripping wet vaginas.

IIRC Luke isn't vegan, per se, but he eats very clean, raw and allows himself 1 piece of dark chocolate every night.
There was a huge thread a couple weeks ago.

"I have a varied diet. I definitely incorporate different food that are the best for me in recovery and performance. I think it’s good not to stick to one diet in particular. I have chicken twice a week in my dinners. I’ll always incorporate eggs in my mornings and afternoons. I’m going to have steak twice a week, chicken twice a week and fish twice a week. I really like liver. It’s one of the most nutritional and essential animal fats out there. It’s loaded with vitamins and minerals for recovery. It varies depending on how close I am to a fight.
I’m high on animal fats and I believe in that as building block for building muscle and for recovery. Complex carbs – sweet potatoes are a staple of my diet. I’ll incorporate other carbs. I’ll have wild rice or quinoa. I’ll always have just a basic food table out. Recovery-wise; a lot of fruits and beforehand I’m doing oatmeal. A lot of leafy greens; spinach and kale. Beets are obviously another great staple of my diet. They help oxygenate the blood and with recovery"
Isn't high Animal fats and carbs a huge no no?
GaspareBJJ - http://www.muscleandfitness.com/athletes-celebrities/luke-rockhold-readies-ufc-194-title-shotAwesome, I seriously eat the same way Luke does (minus liver, since I'm too much of a pussy to try it). Does this mean I'll eventually have a 10" cock and be shredded?

GaspareBJJ - Isn't high Animal fats and carbs a huge no no?Are you saying both concurrently, or just in general? I don't think there is anything wrong with high quality animal fats. I believe the whole "fats aren't healthy" theory has been debunked.
He eats first.
HGH lol
It's what you'd expect
Pussy and steak. He fucks to stay shredded
If Luke isn't clean I sure hope he gets caught and has to face the ridicule after all the crap he's talked about Vitor and others. I can't stand that dude and if he turns out to be that hypocritical, I'm gonna enjoy seeing him fall. Note that I'm saying IF, I am NOT saying he IS using PEDs.
SporkChop - Rockhold should lose the animals and go with fish and eggs, only. Meat isn't healthy.
He doesn't need your advice.
SporkChop - Rockhold should lose the animals and go with fish and eggs, only. Meat isn't healthy.....?
Anybody knows what he does with the beets? Juice? Bake? Raw?
Not a fan of eating them, though I've always liked them in Borscht. I'd bring that back as a staple if it actually still retains it's recovery value after a long boil
