Who eats the service fee cost?
Its one thing to break even (ticket company & ufc get back what they put in) but I know if the ticket company will refund the surcharge.

notsobigmike - I assume the customer still gets stuck with the fee.
I've never had tickets to a cancelled event before, but I assume you get refunded the face value of the tickets, but not the service/handling charge.
That makes sense but will leave a bad taste for sure.
