Oh make not mistake it is a dance

hes the first man to survive a segal sparring session

Size matters. So does age. A young Seagal is someone most of us wouldn't want to fuck with.

AS finally outright said the entire Seagal thing was a joke and he never learned a single thing. That this idiot was running around bragging about teaching a basic front kick lol

glad he found something else to do besides show up at events in his yellow glasses and shemagh and act like he taught everybody everything.

He ate at Ponte Vecchio almost every night. My neighbor owned that place. Said Seagal was a gentleman. The only good Steven Seagal story I've ever heard was from that guy

I love his old movies.

that was beautiful and humbling

Why do you say that?

His old movies really are great! And he delivered what other action stars did not, and that is: brutality!

With Arnold or Sylvester or Van Damme, they get the bad guy and then they let up, the bad guy goes for the guy and they have to reluctantly shoot them. So they are still "heroes" and good characters. Seagal? He did not give a fuck! Just killed them. This was more satisfying, like breaking two face apart or killing a dude with a pool cue and then kicking him in the head as he was dying and telling him "Fuck you and die!", no other "hero" action star did that.

Seagal brought a renewed interest in bringing attention to martial arts when gang/gun culture films were taking off during the late 80s to early 90s. With the exception of exceptional modern martial arts films like Ong Bak, Seagal brought a sense of empty-handed badassery and always delivered a form of lethal punishment through a calm and calculated demeanor.

Given that he was choked out by an old Gene Lebell 30 years ago and wet himself, got his head handed to him by Cindy Rothrock in a gym war in Germany, and sat with a little red blanky on his lap while testifying in the Julius Nasso case, he's not much of a worry for anyone.
