I know it was just playing around but is any of the stuff Seagal is using to play spar with Rafael Cavalcante valid in your opinion? I can't really tell as I've never tried Aikido - looks kinda cool

I wouldn't mess with him, I seen what he did to a group of Jamaicans who marked him for death. And there was another time someone killed his friend Bobby Lupo, and that was the end of things. Thought he was was going to take out the whole city. So to be fair, Feijao was lucky Master Siegal only slapped him around and didn't do what he did to those Jamaicans or Ritchie Madano.

I've met him in person a couple of years ago. Health wise he really looks old and slow now...

 

All joking aside though. You can make out although they're literally going 5% he seems to be tracking the hand movements pretty well. I can imagine in his prime he would have been pretty decent in a bar fight...

its important to remember that segal trained for a long time and hard to get to that high level . he's accomplished alot , im sure if he had of devoted himself to a more useful martial art he would have been a great fighter. thats why the original ufc was amazing , showing that generation of fighters that they are irrelevant
