Joe Riggs was asked during his last appearance on the Beatdown what he considers his main camp. He said he trains all over the country, lives in phx. But considers the Utah school with J. Horn AND billy rush to be his home camp.
not word for word, but he definatly mentioned billy rush being in utah, i was wondering the same thing before he said that. check out his last interview i think right after the strikeforce fight.

IIRC he was with Riggs at his last fight in Tacoma.
I saw him about 4-5 months ago in St Petersburg, FL. Said he was scouting camps/gyms in the area. Said he was thinking about moving down here. Haven't seen or heard anything since.
