There was actually a thread on the OG with a member that would make pretty much any patch for 10 bucks. Pretty cool.
Came across these guys yesterday: http://www.patchyourgi.com/ Looks like they are launching tomorrow and offer a discount if you put your info in today.
OTM did a great job with our custom graphics. They worked really hard to match the colors and they came out great.
