Where to get plain GIS?

My AJJ school is looking to upgrade to plain Grey judo style gis for upper ranks. Grey is traditional is Korea. Anyway, I can get them from Pakistan but only in bulk and the shipping increases their cost 40%.  Still, they come out to $45 a piece for 60-100 pieces. We don't need that many yet!  

I'd prefer a domestic supplier.  Anyone know of a good one I can score 20 or so for a discount?
