The first he took the guy down directly to his back. The second he literally spiked him right on his head/neck.
Potential paralysis is a good place to draw the line

Slightly more control on the first one would have been nice but its a takedown. I think he put a little sauce on it, but not enough to penalize.
Second one, guy should be ejected for slamming a dude on his head/neck. That is dangerous play and cannot be allowed.
This is my opinion. I am no expert on IBJJF rules.

You would be shocked how many people think the first throw is a slam
Well that’s because 99% of BJJers don’t/can’t wrestle and think any real takedown is too rough.
