UFC Vegas 24 was headlined by a middleweight bout with major implications for the division’s title picture. If former champion and top-ranked star Robert Whittaker won, he would all but guarantee a championship rematch with current champion Israel Adesanya. If former title contender Kelvin Gastelum was victorious, “The Reaper’s” rematch train would be DOA, and third-ranked Marvin Vettori’s chance for a title fight would increase exponentially.
Doesn’t matter how much Bobby improved. He still has nothing for Israel. I want to see Vettori in there for the title.
Vettori is even less impressive. A bigger decision machine. I am not quite impressed with decision machine guys (unless they achieve 10-8s).
I’m not so sure. Whittaker looked a hell of alot better against Kalvin than Izzy did. I think Whittaker improved a bit since there first fight
