They must currently be in the UFC.
They must of fought in that weight class at least once.
These are not who you think necessarily is the best or who deserves it the most, its just who you would like to see get that belt!

on a side note, why is there like 10 pound weight classes in the lighter weights but then a huge 60 pound jump between the last 2?
