its because they barely advertise so nobody new is going to watch this shit and the real fans who normally would of bought it already know the god damn results.
Well I guess my point is..why develop a fan base outside of Japan, then deprive them of the very product they desire which is why they are fans in the first place.

You're obviously not a business person. They aren't making money in America because they're not doing anything to stimulate the market. No ads, promotion, etc. Plus, they need to invest in the american broadcast because its a joke as it is now.
Nobody buys the PPV's because they don't put any effort into the North American broadcast, just as you mentioned, but I would improve the broadcast in order to stimulate PPV buys, not just give up on a HUGE market.
