I don't know how many times I've had a couple hundred dollars of stuff in my cart but can't justify paying the shipping to Canada.

I work in consulting and for a B2C web shop I would say there are clearly 2 crucial components; cheap and fixed shipping cost (like $6,90) and excellent mobile app (considering your customer segment). These are in general, I have never visited your shop.
The Underground Store -Well, Kirik just righted my wrong in a way that went above & beyond. Therefore I have to give credit where its due. I will also try again to order items from the store. Much respect Kirik.timessquare - I did use it. And my stuff never showed up. Think it was a t-shirt or 2. I was in contact with the woman in the store and even Kirik by email. All very polite and promising that it/they would be reshipped but alas nothing ever showed up. I've mentioned it before on these UG store threads so I don't want to go over old ground. But you asked and so I've answered.Emailing you now.
At this stage I'd just be happy for my blue to be extended to whatever the value of the order was as it still pisses me off to be honest.
Shame as well because I dare say I would have been a regular customer if you could have got that 1st and only order right.

most of the brands you have in the store are "new up and coming brands" that dont have the credibility of good equipment like fairtex,twins,cleto reyes etc. you guys carry crap the ufc fighters are sponsored by that they have to wear in pictures and such. not many proffesional fighters use venum gloves or revgear.... are you kidding me thats what the newbies buy when they sign up for their 2 months free. fancy and colorful crap thats basically what mmawarehouse carries and i am not even going to mention the prices..
