Gyno is a result of doing aromatising steroids incorrectly. Plenty of steroids cannot give you gyno. Ironically the steroid he got caught with (tbol) will not give you gyno. Disended stomach doesn’t happen from steroids. Happens from GH and insulin abuse

Extended gh use/belly yes. You could take anabolics for 20 years and never come off and not have any sort of gyno.

I heard he does it with a gun while completely naked.
The gut comes from HGH, and the gyno isnt an automatic side effect of steroid use but can be mitigated with other drugs.
