I said I don't mind him being on the maincard if he's fighting someone of revelance, like when he was fighting Rory I thought that was a good matchup, Even him and Lytle was a good PPV fight IMO. But ebersole vs Patrick is for sure a filler fight, noway should Ebersole be the main attraction in PPV fight, that's sad. There's 100 guys in the ufc that should be the highlighted fighter on a PPV card but Ebersole ain't one of them

I agre that Makdessi is a good fighter, the flaw in your view that his fight should be on the main card in place of Ebersole's is that Makdessi is fighting the guy that Ebersole WHOOPED just a few months ago. So a guy who got his arse handed to him should get the main card spot while the guy who beats him gets rewarded by fighting on the undercards.

Do you even know what a prospect is? Prospect don't fight for titles. Prospects are people who aren't fully developed but ONE DAY might be contenders. The only person you have any case for is Brock Lesnar and he is an exception. Your grasping at straws claiming a 31 year old who isn't already at or near the top of the food chain will ever reach the pinnacle of the sport. Stipe Miopic won't ever fight for a title. Coleman and Couture were good when the sport wasnt even developed yet. So it was a totally different environment and you bringing him up just shows how shitty your argument is. Even Brock benefited from the landscape at heavy weight in the UFC being weak and the fact that he was basically a weight class above them. NOW for Makdessi. It's not that HE should be on the main card, its that MAKDESSI should be. Makdessi carries the fight Hallman is the filler. Makdessi is beign showcased that makes more sense than a gate keeper 31 years old guy carrying the fight against another filler. It's basically filler vs entertaining filler.
