The ufc would want to use vitor as an option after Andy beats weidman. If vitor was to loose then it wouldn't be as feasible

I can see vitor stepping up to fight anyone who is not Brazilian but other than that I don't see other Brazilians lining up to fight each other on short notice

Shogun is the MUCH better striker, has a MUCH better ground game, has a better clinch, is A LOT more powerful, is tougher etc. I can keep going on

Fact is Sonnen always falls apart in a fight and makes a mistake. Shogun is one of the best at capitalizing on an opponents mistake
