6 fighters in the Top 16 with fights scheduled. Nurmagomedov is injured but what's up with everybody else? Would like to see some moving and shaking in this division. There is some serious talent there and I'd like to see the division play out some.
Like in most divisions when the champ is out injured theres not as much heat at the top of the ranking.. meaningless fights are happenin more often as contenders cant wait out for a title shot 
Or when ur Champ is doing TUF after coming back off injury
The champ is 1 of the 6 with scheduled fights. Everybody else should be clawing their way to the top of the heap.
Champ out/TUF. Gilbert TUF. Khabib out. Nate was on extended break. TJ Grant out. You basically have Bendo and Cerrone fighting every two months.
Then you have Bobby Green and Masvidal, who both deserve big fights IMO, but are stuck in no-man's land until everyone gets back.
Can't speak on the inactivity of Michael Johnson and Khabilov. Johnson was hurt in early July.
