Corners matter but they don’t give you some special power. Khabib being there for his camp is more important than being in his corner. I have cornered many guys as a stand in and none of those guys worried that their normal coach wasn’t there.
I would assume by now islam knows enough. He’ll still train the same. I still predict Islam breaks all the title record at LW

Agreed. Islam has 30 years of Khabib and Abdulmanap training and he’s still obviously talking to Khabib and rolling with him as well.
Islam will probably break the LW title defence record and win a title at WW.
He’s definitely going to be an all time great.

Fake news and Josh is not Khabib’s coach. He doesn’t spend 1/50th as much time with Khabib as Javier.
They fight nearly everyday and Islam still hasn’t beaten Khabib in a spar.
They did train and spar together at point at AKA.
