I'm absolutely overwhelmed, long story short,
I have arthritis and was told in November after nearly 2 years out that I'd never be able to train again.
I started a new medication and changed up my diet and started being able to train again, since then I've got to full health and even competed again.
I lost in my first two comps and decided to make some changes, and now in the last month I've took Gold at a comp and fought on a one 15 minute round submission only comp against another "ready for blue" guy.
Won via triangle choke and got awarded my blue belt, got sub of the night and had the pleasure of fighting on the same card as a Gracie!!
Amazing day, thought you might enjoy sharing in it :)
cool story bro
Just read this back and it was written very poorly but I'm tired and you get the picture haha
Good stuff. I guess you are NOT in your 20's?
Would you mind briefly detailing the diet changes?
Thanks, and again well done.

Powerful nogibear! Congrats stud!
Congrats bro. Good job. I would have to disagree with the fight part, though. Sounds like you competed in a grappling competition. Sorry to be that guy. But congrats on the win and overcoming and putting it on the line. That's amazing.
Congrats bro. What new meds?
Always glad to hear someone overcome adversity.
