This list is from a few months ago, so I have a much different playlist now...but hopefully this gives you one or two that you might like.

I would suggest buying anything by the band:
I can think for myself. There new album is titled "I don't need other people to tell me what songs motivate me"

Work out to whoever the hell you want as long as you like it that's all that matters.

Quick, that is a solid list man.

I find that the Offspring Greatest Hits album gets me going pretty hard on the treadmill.

4 later when i wanna check out some bands i've never heard of...

anything by Mylie Cyrus/ Hannah Montana

Quik......... GWAR? Seriously? LOL. That's some crazy old school, hard core right there. Awesome dude!!!

Pantera, or Cavalera Conspiracy (Sepultura).

The whole Rocky 4 soundtrack

Breaking Benjamin

"Pantera, or Cavalera Conspiracy (Sepultura)"

Add Soulfly and Nailbomb to that list!

Weezy - lay my organs down
MF Doom - saliva
T.I. - hurt

These 3 songs in particular are great for training. Whenever I feel like I can't run anymore and magically one of these songs pop on, I force myself to pull through until the song is over. They just have some sort of spirit-revitalizing qualities!

and also, HUGE second (or maybe third... fourth... however many said it), on papoose - victory.

"nailbomb is the shit...superfast....anyone ever listen to puya? i loved their first album."

Fundamental kicked ass man, but they weren't able to replicate the sound in later albums - I'm honestly not even sure how many more they had.

ttt for later

I'm a little old-schoolish, so I'm partial to ACDC, Jethro Tull's Locomotive Breath, and certainly the Detroit City Madman's Strangle Hold!

I like some stuff by atreyu, but mainly older music like someone note dbefore Rocky 4 music is inspiring after watching it so many times.

Metallica - Don't tread on me, Turn the page, Wherever I may roam, Sad but true

Judas Priest - You got another thing coming, , Jawbreaker, The sentinel, Blood red skies

Peacedog -

Anything from Rocky 4. ;-)

 Couldn't agree anymore.

 It's Rainin' Men

Pointer Sisters
