Dana said it wasn't fair to either fighter to fight for 5 rounds, since they signed on for 3.
too far along in their training camps to properly prepare for 5 rounds per Dana.
Because it was a replacement main event, they were bumped to a main event slot and it isnt fair on a few weeks notice to make them go from 3-5 rounds.
They werent training for 5 rounds, they didnt sign the contracts for 5 rounds.
