And respect to Yan for being the first to stand up and call out anyone who wanted the smoke. He had zero reason to accept a fight for anyone other than Aljo but wanted to prove a point, that he never lost the belt to begin with.

Even though they’re both coming iff of losses, I’m still okay with the fight. I think Sandhagen has a much better shot at beating Yan than he does at beating Aljo, and I think Yan has better chances against Aljo than he doea against Sandhagen.

This is the fight that should be happening anyway. Sandhagen beat TJ IMO, and Yan is the real champion. Great fight.

Although I thought Sandhagan won that fight it is strange that he’d get the fight ahead of TJ. Only thing I can think is TJ was offered the fight but said he wouldn’t be ready by then
Wonder what the odds are going to be.
I’m stoked about this, the striking will be very exciting and either guy can finish it at any point.
