Your Favorite MMA clothing /gear brand?

Which brand is your favorite in terms of design and quality. I'm pretty partial to Triumph United, Jaco, and Scramble. Defunct brands are also welcome on your list

Venum, I own 5 Venum t-shirts and they're all nice quality.

I've had good luck with Clinch Gear grappling shorts and Gi.

Best quality stuff I ever had was Sprawl. Had a bunch of training clothing of theirs that I've used for years and it's still holding up. Phone Post 3.0

Triumph United. It's simple and doesn't get all cheesy with Grim Reapers and Marlboros

what happened at Rupture? Why did they go away?

Rupture wanted the highest possible quality products and they wanted them all American Made.

Everything from the thread used to make gear to the ink used to dye it was American made.

While Rupture had great quality, durability and tasteful designs their main weakness was they just couldn't match the lower prices of companies who were willing to order material and equipment from overseas.

Rupture had some of the best Rashguards in the market and worked with Atama to make an outstanding gi.  Also some great shorts and tshirts.

Eventually the main players in the company drifted their seperate ways to do other things which left the owner, Nick, trying to do everything himself.

Nick works full time as an engineer for Microsoft, he is also married and had a new baby at the time.

I don't want to put words in Nicks mouth but I think the combination of having trouble competing price wise, not seeing eye to eye with business partners, having a full time career and a growing family was all a little much for one guy to handle.

Nick announced Rupture was going out of business and sold off and gave away most of his gear.

It was too bad.  I really loved working with Rupture.  Nick is a really good guy and was very passionate about helping people.

I'm sure there are members here that can vouch for the quality of their products, you can also google Rupture Clothing Reviews and see what's out there, pretty good all around.

I love the team quest shirts and hoodies.

Great fit and when you slap one on in the morning, your chances of hooking up with a good looking female increase by at least 75%. Phone Post 3.0
