'Zombie' only real option as Volkanovski replacement at UFC 272, Cejudo never even considered

He’s a very big 135er

As an MMA fan, Cejudo can fuck off even more. He left good fights on the table (Yan, Figuieredo) because he was seeking big name, big money fights and when he didnt get them, he took the ball and went home.

I give GSP way more of a pass than what Cejudo is trying to do. GSP is a all time great legend who carried the sports for a number of years. Cejudo was here for a second. Two significant wins and fucked off. So stay fucked off.

Who cares if he wanted to go for money and big fights. It’s their job and anyone who works wants to make as much as they can. Idk about you but every job I had I tried making more money. Why should they be any different?

prefer cejudo, but no chance dana does it

The conversation started with me posting about how the would UFC feel about Zombie and Cejudo and how they should deal with the two fighters. And the decision for them was obvious, who gets rewarded.

Then dinkledorf posted about how one would feel as a fan. I replied to that specifically.

I dont care about fighter pay. I posted about this many times. I also understand the fighters do what they have to do for their paycheck. Thats perfectly fine. But as a fan and not part of the fighter’s family, I have my own selfish views and interests.

Cool and as someone who has fought I have my own selfish interest but I hear what your saying.
I think Cejudo waxes that ass anyways

I always thought TJ and Henry would be a fun fight.

How about:

AJ McKee!!!

Offer him the big money and bring him in from Bellator.

BOOM…that’s how you make big fights!!!

I fail to see what is good about retired fighters cherry picking title fights.

Agreed. He hasn’t failed to make weight, though. Seems like he’s in his optimal weight class already.
