That’s true. It kinda sucks that Dana doesn’t have as much power as he used to.

Agreed and that’s precisely why lots of people weren’t excited about them selling to WME and why others weren’t thrilled about the ESPN/Disney deal. Very little good comes from dealing with huge corporations, at least from the fan’s perspective.

I fucking hate the deal.  Used to get ringside comps in Zuffa vip seating since Im friends with some people everyone would recognize.  Theyd text Dana and Id have tickets waiting at will call, it was super quick/easy and painless for all involved.  After the buyout they have to go through WME and its a giant fucking hassle since Im not a famous person.  Theyve said in general it used to be a lot more fun working for the company when it was Zuffa owned

I’m sure you’re not alone in that sentiment. If I remember correctly the first thing WME did was fire a bunch of the staff and their best matchmaker, Joe Silva, said fuck them I’m out lol. 

Personally, I’d rather eat a bag of dicks than do anything affiliated with Ari Emmanuel.
