FrozenBagOfMicrowaves - Combo of some of the already mentioned but my best method is as follows.
1. Vomit.
2. Jerk off.
3. Vomit some more.
4. Smoke some weed.
5. Jerk off. (Or at least try, since I'm high I usually wait too long to start and go out fully erect and unfinished. Vital energy indeed.)
