Edgar should be LW champ right now and DIaz very well could be interim WW champ right now, Frankie is dropping down to his natural class as well.

Wins and losses should rank fighters in each division. You have to come off wins to get a title shot imo.

Sonnen's title shot comes because he's willingness to step in for the failed Jones vs Hendo event. Machida and other fighters did not want to step up. Eventually, Vitor got the shot. It's also a way to save the TUF ratings.
