5th fight: Tito vs Cote

This is the fifth, live televised fight of the night.

Ok here we go!

I am going with Tito for a perfect record of picks for the evening.

Something is telling mw Cote may pull an upset.

I was wrong on the St Pierre, Charuto fight so what do I know

Got them all correct except Eastman so far.

Tito will be impressive tonight.

Will Tito break the losing streak and get back into the contention? Will Cote score the upset and hand Tito another defeat? Will Lassie reach the ranch in time to warn the adults that a boulder rolled over little Timmy's leg, trapping him in front of the cougar den....

if anyone fight is fixed this is it.

lol!!

Vodka...get off the bottle..

ttt for a highlight reel quality smashing by Tito!

tito will brutally win, even though I really hate him...

"Will Tito break the losing streak and get back into the contention? "

So Tito beats a non-top 10, maybe even 20 fighter, and all of a sudden, he is in title contention again??

come on!

LOL @ the UFC trying to rebuild Tito's rep after he was so easily dominated by Randy and Chuck.

Paulmat - In the eyes of the UFC,yes. LOL

results already!!

Round One

The LHW main event finally begins with BJM starting things off. Cote comes straight out and throws a huge right hand that lands, but Tito counters with his own. Cote throws a very telegraphed right uppercut that misses wildly. Tito is following Cote around the ring, but runs into a huge right hand from Cote that drops Ortiz to both of his knees! Ortiz recovers and double legs Cote.

Tito is now in Cote’s closed guard. Tito attempting to strike from within Cote’s guard, throwing elbows and punches that are mostly missing and being defended against. Cote punching from his own back, mostly ineffective. Tito stands up in Cote’s guard and lands a huge elbow, but Cote remains unphased.

Two minutes left in the first with Tito driving Cote against the cage. Cote opens up his guard and thinks about attempting a kimura, but changes his mind. One minute and thirty seconds left in the first without a lot of action. Tito mostly holding Cote against the fence, and Cote defending. Cote still pinned against the fence but raises his legs up for the armbar, and Tito defends well. Cote ends his armbar attempt, with Tito still holding him against the fence. Tito still in Cote’s guard as time expires.

"In the eyes of the UFC,yes. LOL "...

I think more like Titos eyes... but yeah, sadly you are correct
