He's got some other vids on there as well. The snatch is heavy but he almost loses it.
Holy bounce out of the bottom...that would re-rupture my patellar tendon with a quickness.
Average Broz's Gym develops strong dudes. There was an article about them in t-nation. They train like beasts - heavy squats daily, train 2x a day for something like 4 hours...just brutal.
Without watching the video I know exactly what it is. My favorite part is the "time to rack it". Completely envious of this dudes squat!
