On May, 22nd, 2010, in Baku, Azerbaijan, will pass tournament on pankration, dated for Independence Day of Azerbaijan on which Alexander Emelianenko, in the main event of evening will act. Miodrag "Pele" Petkovic , becomes Alexander's contender. Fight will take place on arena Sport Olimpic Centre.

I don't know if 2 fights in a year is keeping busy, but atleast it's a better opponent than Eddy 'Ric Flair' Bengtson.

Guy seems to have a hot/cold record. has wins over Travis Fulton and Tim Hague but losses to some lesser fighters. Oh well, glad to see he's keeping busy.
It's a shame that he's not in the UFC.
Pele is really good ground fighter, but lately he prefers to just stand there and swing right hands. By lately i mean last few years. Right low kick and right hand, that's all he does. He only goes to the ground if opponent goes for a takedown.
Alex will knock him out in first round.
