Just got a kettle bell from mymaxtrainer.com,good bunch of guys, fast delivery. It was a bit cheaper than dragondoor.com. They also have some pretty huge ones(up to 145lbs).
Is there a difference in the workout effect if the kettle bell is square?? I have seen the square ones for dirt cheap.
I don't really know, I haven't been using them for very long. I would make an atnn thread to Rumi5150, he is an instructor. The square ones might hurt quite a bit on the cleans and stuff if you happen to ctach and edge.
The square ones are from Kung Fu the good thing about them is that there are grooves built into the sides to fit your arms.
