Cool info, I was thinking of starting some kids around here in Pancration matches. Does anybody know what rules they use, points, etc? I have been using really crippled MMA rules with some of the kids (No face punches, no kicks while down, no knees to the head, no elbows at all, etc)
Shaun we provide a towel for the parent's to throw
in if they want to do that. I give the kids lots of time
to recover if they gets tears or take solid takedown,
and like that.

awsome thread, this is what it's all about. I do think they are the future champs, Tiger Woods started young, I don't think these kids will burnout because MMA and BJJ/sub grappling is 100 times more interesting than wrestling or baseball.
