Known in catch as catch can (and pro wrestling) circles as the "ABDOMINAL STRETCH" for many, many decades. (Was also referred to by some pro wrestlers as the "COBRA TWIST").

In "worked" matches, it was done from a standing position.

But Lou Thesz, one of the greatest catch wrestlers of all time, talked about the move on his old website forum some 10 years ago - and made it clear that it could only really work while on the ground.
