Here is a seasonal one. Try going trick or treating. My wife went with my kids and every time they saw a Darth Vader they ran to the next house. She said she did about 15 intervals.

To intensify this workout, up your water intake to 2-2.5 gallons/day... ;-)
Take a look at the "Burpee Challenge" thread. You could also do high rep swings, snatches, c&p, etc. "Roadwork" programs mixing running/sprinting with swing, snatches, etc. and BWE movements are good as well.
Anyone ever do Tyson's? It's something alot of inmates do in jail, supposedly it was invented by Mike Tyson. Heres how ya do it, get a deck of playing cards and line up about 10-15 of them on the floor. Stand by the first card and do a body squat picking it up. Go to the second card in the line and squat and drop the first card you picked up on top of the 2nd. Now you have to squat down and pick up both cards one at a time. Go through the whole line of cards dropping and picking them up one at a time. You'll be surprised at how fatigued you are when you get up to about the 8th card. If you don't do much squating or leg excercises please know that your legs and glutes will be out of commission for about a week! Alot of jails have outlawed Tyson's due to people who were out of shape blowing out there kidneys and stuff. Give it a try and post what you think.
A dog, thats a great idea. I may be getting my Son one for Christmas so I'll give it a try. Our Lab just died recently, man those are good dogs.
yep, i hear doing bodyweight circuits based on the old 'deck of cards' routine is renowned for blowing peoples kidneys....
Buy a dip/pull-up station and then have to put it together without directions(I guess someone forgot to put them in the box)under the carport at 2200 in 32 degree weather because your wife will not let you keep it in the house. That really gets your heart pumping and yes I did reach my target heart rate.
