Hey man, just wanted to let you know that this pendulum approach is doing me lots of good. I recommended this to you a few weeks back, but I was still in the experimental stages, so just wanted to let you know that it's working like a charm.
Two, just wanted to know how it's working out on your end?
It's 10 weeks of building up work capacity, then we switch in March to a 15 week cycle, leading up to our first PR week of the year. I'm probably gonna stick to pendulum on this as well, but that could change at the end of this whole thing.
