Yeah I agree with all of this, I think mob/community justice is also a lot more effective. I'm not sure if he wanted a MOD to make him pay (which is silly), or just a personal opinion from a MOD (which he has gotten twice in this thread already, basically reaffirming his WELCHER status)..
