Pete Sell v Scott Smith
Cub v that Korean kid
Lawler v McDonald II at 7 seed is bullshit. Should be top 3.
Griffin vs. Bonnar was NOT a better fight than Hendo vs. Shogun.
It simply wasn't. Perhaps its timing had a greater impact on the sport. But from a pure fight standpoint, Shogun vs. Hendo was the much better fight. Plus it was 5 rounds vs. 3.
Uh... Lesnar Vs Carwin? Fun fight, but nowhere near GOAT. I'd put Matt Brown vs Erick Silva above that.
Matt Hughes vs France Trigg is my all time favourite fight.
Thingading -It was more important. Depends on what they're factoring into their definition of greatness. I agree with you though.

Also, Jones v Gus was a great fight but never one I think of as best ever. ESPN still lacking on collective MMA knowledge but they are better than they used to be. That's not saying a lot I know.
Garcia vs Nam Phan by a long shot and it's not even on their list lol
Sanchez guida
Anyone remember Robbie Lawler vs Aaron Riley's first fight?
Sylvia vs Cabbage?
I don't see Shogun or Hendo's names anywhere.
Hendo vs Shogun
nvm that Bigfoot vs Hunt fight was just as viscious
JoeDavolasRoundhouseKick -I don't see Shogun or Hendo's names anywhere.
Their fight is the #3 seed. Should be #2, if not #1, IMO.
"Greatest" is so subjective. Most technical? most exciting? most competitve? most entertaining?
The have to narrow down the criteria. Regardless, Lawler-Rory 2 was the best for me.
Cub vs Choi
Stipe vs JDS
Fedor vs. Hendo throwing and landing multiple death blows might have been the best 1 Round fight I've seen.
Rory Mac and Robbie Lawler is near impossible to beat IMO.
There are some great ones listed in here already though.
I was at Hunt v Bigfoot 1 live. It was almost hard to believe it was that good too.
Looks like they picked top tier fighters only. They left out some great fights, but with lesser known fighters.
