Steer clear from Blackbeltdigitalvideo based in Victoria Australia. I ordered DVDs back in August 06 and have not recieved them yet. I sent numerous emails to the company and still no response. With a little digging I located the guys home number and rang it. I got his girlfriend and she said it was the right number and she gave me his mobile number because he wasnt home. I rang it and left a message, but no response from the guy. I rang the house number the next day and same girl said to me "Oh no you have the wrong number" and hung up. Bad customer service from these guys, bad bad bad and I wont recommend them to anyone.
