buildng mass with food intolerance

Hi,

is it possible for me to build mass as I have an intolerance for both milk and yeast?

What other foods could i eat that would make up for this, but still keep my diet balanced?

Fats, olive oil can be added to many things. You could also just eat sugery foods, depending on your age or any health problems you may have.

lipids and fats are a good option. Stay away from sugary foods. Eat rice.

Forgot about rice, definately eat rice. I'd only eat sugar if I had a crazy metabolism.
