Why?
The weather is awful. There aren’t any major cities. Traveling anywhere is a pain in the ass due to a lack of infrastructure. Did I mention the awful weather? Add in antigovernment insurgents and the fact it is basically a haven for all kinds of criminals, and is a fairly dangerous place to live especially if you are a foreigner.
