i really wanna get my cardio up, but i hardly have anytime to work at it.....so what arre the best things i can do in a short amount of time and how lond does it take really tell if your cardio is improving??? thanks
Do interval training, Burpees,gpp etc.. they'll give
you great results and you can do them anywhere.

google "tabata intervals". takes less than 4 minutes and they work great.

It's like military squat thrusts, exept you also throw a pushup in it.
