After over 20 years of searching finally the search has ended…

This fight is not even on Fight Pass as far as I can tell. It was not on any of the old copies of the event they had including the original VHS. I’ve posted for years even on here asking for it and have only seen highlights of it. Until this morning

Intro from a young Joe Rogan talking about how this UFC 17 could be one of the best events ever and it indeed was Joe. Indeed it was… Goldberg and Blatnick on the call with Buffer announcing… Classic 90s SEG UFC…

Cool to see a raw 0-0 Chuck against a tough 3-2 Hernandez for the time. Thanks Youtube Algorithm for this Sunday treat lol. Hopefully it doesnt get taken down too soon but I highly recommend old school fans check it out who haven’t seen it and are interested

Somebody from the Dark Ages DVD Thread sent me the dark ages lol. They are not pro copy with fancy packaging and art BUT they are the dark ages and i made a few dupes for special friends. Ill Bump the thread 4 ya . Wish i would have seen your call way back when ?

I liked seeing Chuck utilize his wrestling early.

Was surprised how Chuck was able to avoid a lot of teh punches by simply ducking under!

On a side note, I remember how chuck was considered a big LHW during the mid 2000’s, yet I don’t think he was ever a legit 6’2.

Was my 2nd live UFC. The weigh ins were in a hotel room where the guys got their blood pressure taken and a short physical.

They said at the beginning that the winner would have an opportunity to advance. Did Chuck advance?

Also, was Chuck really 6’2"?
