Off the top of my head no, but if memory serves Cruz is pretty close and he just had his 3rd UFC fight and is on a contract from like 3 years ago. If you wanted to be a little more accurate and say "name me a guy with 18 pro fights making 75/75" it all of a sudden becomes a little bit of a different conversation.
He's currently in the perfect storm for a guy in his position to be able to maximize his value. He's in a sport lacking in star power, he fights a fan friendly style, and he can unquestionably sell himself. He'll also clearly do whatever the fuck Dana tells him to do. He's a smart man to maximize his value while he's a fresh act.
