Define "creonte"

kosta the majority of your posts have little to do with the threads you post on, instead they are either pompous attacks on people or testosterone fueled chest thumping. im simply calling you out for the pretender you are. you must be either short or stupid or both. regardless i will call you on your shit every time. os'ta logia gia tin mana mou, xestika.

"The term Creonte is a business trick ...."

i think you're missing the point. but i suppose if you want to spin it this way, you could. it's a free country.

Righteous Q.

Wanted to take a sec to clear one of my posts up in re: the MFC association with Behring. Q is the sub grappling coach a U of M bjj club which is a Behring BJJ club. Q also runs the MFC which is located across the avenue from U of M bjj. Q is pals with Prof. Behring, Fabricio and Marcio. According to Q the MFC will be affiliated with Behring officially in the near future but for now we are closely associated as stated above. I have met both Fabricio and Marcio and they the type of individuals the MFC wants to associate with, loaded with skill and character.

Q has the MFC steamrolling again right now. Potent!

It's called 'protecting the rice bowl' and is a rather old tradition in MA.

Those who became famous in their own right, however, usually attracted followers in their own right, so what they were left with was becoming a teacher as they'd been a student, and having to deal with/causing the same problems as they did.

BTW- What's the slang term for a disloyal teacher who takes your money and treats you as a grappling dummy for his 'pets' or tries to see how much they can get for giving as little as possible?

AFWIW - It should be akin to a parent/child dynamic where the debt owed to the parent, in part, is repaid by giving to a child of your own one day.

USURPER:

re malaka, giati milas etsi gia mena KATHE FORA!? Ti sto diabolo sou ekana na me misis toso poli?

i troll sometimes so you may have me mixed up.
i'm not trolling this time. brazilians have burned me and politics and the bjj police are rampant. it's gross and fuct. i rant because i've lost time, money, and respect... How do i get back my time? How can i tell someone that this is the best MA out there and that it's full of respect, and great people when i take them to a tournament they pay over $70 just to have a corrupt brazilian ref fix the match. or how about waiting in line for hours to weigh in when these fuckers say something in portuguese and are escorted right through? You are either naive or just want to fuck w/ me. as for thumping and being loud and pissed, i have reason. i'm not being pissed at you though. and when huge-nerd.com comes back up after construction, i'll gladly post a pic of me. svelt and jacked at 5'11. short for basketball but tall enough.

Kosta,

I have seen that stuff you wrote about in your last post also and you are right about that stuff. Some of the refs should be crucified and that favoritism stuff pisses me off and I have gotten right up in dude's faces about it.

My point is about friends fuckin' over friends. Call it whatever ya want cause that is just semantics. I call it heartbreak and disappointment. Has nothing to do with any particular country.

it's not about a particular country, but since the brazilians are the first wave of this art then any injustices are for the most part perpetrated by them. As more and more americans attain black belt or are just plain old bad ass instructors, then it will become less and less rampant. UNTIL they start fucking around, of course :)

Osaekomi, i like you guys. MFC guys. I try and train w/ Jason Morris when i get a chance ( i live in upstate NY) to supplement my bjj so i never bought into the whole bjj x judo debate. i always liked your guys' style. to tell you the truth, i really like the Behring guys. they seem to have a great attitude.

i don't want to come off as a bigot or anti brazilian. it's just that after being burned once tends to stay away from the lot, even the good ones. a few bad seeds ruined it for the rest.

i train under a legit bad ass and an american who has pretty much abandoned all politics and just lives for the sport/game/fight. you know? that's what i was looking for the whole time. someone who is into it after ALL these years.

giati se milao etsi? giati pezeis poly to maga.

i also have not seen anyone spout more hate than you, against brazilians or whoever. as far as pics; dont bother. but ive seen enough of your "looking for a diet" posts to know that you have some self-image issues.

it's not self image, tard.

i'm trying the alkaline diet to see if it gives me more energy and helps me cut.

it has.

why are you so interested in me? worry about yourself, holmes. as for maga, you are wrong. i fucking hate thugged out greeks and thugged out guidos to boot. i'm not like that. i'm down to earth and not naive about the way things are.
i'd like you to meet me someday. you'd change your opinion of me.

svelt and jacked. i better stop. i'm starting to sound off like theAdonis. sorry for that. i just noticed how gay that reads

Jason Morris is a sweet technician, aye? What a throwster deluxe!!! IMHO he is a total badass on the mat also in that aside from his judo he was an all american wrestler. Jason is the only dude EVER from the USA to snare the gold at the Tibilissi, Georgia Open Shiai. What potency!

Osaekomi, yeah. his uchi mata is sick. i relied alot on freestyle and greco against his black belts and it worked but he just ripped me apart. and made it look easy. i was confused when we did newaza though. i rolled w/ his black belts but i have NO knowledge of Judo rules so when time elapses and we were stood up, i'm like, shit.

at one point, i was thrown and the guy pins me. i'm just waiting for him to do something, but time passes and still nothing. i didn't know about pinning for 30 seconds. after that i worked like a bastard on the mat. tried alot of attacking. i found the clock choke is the best thing against them cuz they turtle up VERY well and avoid exposing the neck and arms too much. the clock was 'easiest' to get. still not easy.

In judo comp a 25 second pin ends the match as surely as a full point throw or submission so if you get stuck you are submitted, same/same. Conversely, in sambo comps you can only garnish 4 points via pin and I think it also is a 25 second pin for the 4. In judo and sambo both you can gain smaller scores for pins of lesser duration, i.e. 10 secs., etc. In sambo after you get the max 4 pts. allowed for pin you then have to move to throws and subs for points and match ending scores.

You probably can tell by my screen name that I dig osaewaza (pinning techniques).

it's good stuff. tough to get out against a skilled judoka who specializes in it.
