UFC Web Producer Matt Parrino sat down with UFC president Dana White for their weekly meeting for The Download, where White responds to the issues of the week. When Parrino walked into White's office, the UFC boss was rewatching UFC Fight Night 46, and offered it the highest praise.

"It's the greatest fight I've ever been to," said White. "It's the greatest sporting event I've ever been to in my life. It was insane."

White also trumpeted Saturday's UFC on FOX 12.

"As we're gearing up for this fight and you start to think about it: this may be the most stacked FOX card we've ever done," said White. "There's no secret what's going to happen with Lawler and Brown - they're going to be dropping bombs. It's a fun card and it's free."

And lastly, White described the fighters who impressed him the most this year.

He named Robbie Lawler, Ronda Rousey, Matt Brown, Conor McGregor, TJ Dillashaw, and Donald Cerrone.

So UG what is the greatest fight you have ever been to? What do you think of UFC on FOX 12? And who impressed you the most this year?

brown vs lawler main card and prelim headliner are absolutely stacked. better than most ppv's. If mcgregor beats dustin p then he should fight edgar or cub

John Duddy vs Shelby Pudwill at the Garden Phone Post 3.0

Dana was there so he has every right to say if that was his favorite or best card he's ever been to. I witnesses UFC 84 live and some others but 84 was the best I've seen live. On television it would be 116 or Weidman Ko Silva. Possibly Sonnen and Silva 1. Phone Post

This is a good looking card, but the UFC on FOX in Seattle is the most stacked FOX card they have done, in my opinion.

Ben Henderson vs. Nate Diaz

Shogun vs. Gustafsson

BJ vs. Rory MacDonald

Matt Brown vs. Mike Swick Phone Post 3.0

I've made peace with Dana's constant hyperbole. He makes comments like this for the casual, less educated, and newer fans who don't know better. If you say this stuff out loud, there are a lot of people out there who will take it at face value. The lies roll off that dude's tongue way too easily. Just promoting though.

UFC 100 was a great time

If you actually read/listen to what he said, and more importantly didnt say, then it's clear it could be true.

He said fight he's ever BEEN to, not seen.

Therefore you have to assume he is speaking about the atmosphere, and coming from an Irish background I can say that there's something about the Irish getting behind their man or team, the atmosphere is always unbelievable.

I was at both fights and although the atmosphere in the garden was brilliant I think Saturday night in Dublin was on another level.

UFN 45 was better IMO.

Every last card that isnt a turd was one of the best ever, every upcoming card is the most stacked ever.

I have no problem with that, but saying the upcoming fox card may be the most stacked fox card ever--come on.

I wasn't there. But I disagree. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Nothing can replace the electricity in the crowd during the hunt vs Bigfoot fight. It was a Sunday afternoon here in Australia. And everyone seemed like a hungover zombie during the prelims. But god damn by the time shogun knocked out te Huna it was insane. Then when hunt vs Bigfoot participated in fisticuffs for 5 rounds topped that. God damn it was something special. Phone Post 3.0

It was a great night of fights, no doubt about it. I'm really looking forward to Brown vs Lawlor, that's gonna be a fucking barn burner folks!

If you were there, you know.

Greatest sporting event he's ever been to?

This I doubt.

The truth is DFW is promoting.

Which means the best fight ever is coming up, the greatest event was the one which just happened and you won't believe how big this next one is going to be.

I just highly doubt that a Fight Night was bigger than UFC 100, Super Bowl, World Series games, NBA finals, etc.

Dana has at least attended some major boxing cards and there is no way that Fight Night in Dublin was better than the atmosphere at a mega boxing card.

If he TRULY feels it was the best time he had?

Cool.

I don't buy it. I feel he is hyping as a promoter and continuing the Conor push. Phone Post 3.0

I was at Mike Tyson vs. Peter McNeeley, which was Mike's first fight back from prison. The atmosphere around the whole town was something else. It was covered by every news group that exsisted. The fight itself was a joke. Now the MGM right after the Tyson-Holyfield II fight was insane. Fights everywhere, Blackjack tables getting flipped over, chips flying in the air. The shear pandemonium was something else.
Now it was a small show compared to bigger UFC events, but the crowd in Arco Arena at the Uriah Faber-Jens Pulver I fight erupted when "California Love" started lasting and Uriah started his walkout.

The energy in Dudblin sure seemed off the charts. Brandao was a great opponent because he is very emotional and high energy. He matched up great with Connor to blow the roof of the place with their intensity.

Man what a night..pretty cool you were at both. I met Liam Neeson there. I was walking back to my seat from the bar, fairly drunk as everyone was that night, had my head down trying to hold 3 drunks at once and this imposing figure was blocking my path in an all white suite..I picked my head up, and like a kid meeting his favorite sports player, all I could say was "Oscar Schindler" ...he laughed pretty hard and just kept walking. What a moment haha Phone Post 3.0
