Do I need a boost?

So I've got a fight coming up next month, and thus I'm training pretty hard.  Training is coming along okay, but my sleep patterns have been a little off lately and I'm having a little trouble uh, getting motivated, for my um, work outs at home, if you know what I mean.  A 23 year old guy in good health should never run into that.  I think I'm going to take a week or so and while I won't scale back my training, I'm going to make sure my sleep and nutrition (especially hydration) is taken care of and see how things go.

Any thoughts or suggestions for a testosterone booster?  I'm not looking for steroids or anything, maybe just some tribulus or Alpha Male or something similar.  Thanks.
