the weighted vest can be used in many circumstances. If used in the correct manner expect increases in work capacity, power, quickness etc....

I like to use the vest when performing GPP work burpees, sled pulls, sledgehammer work etc....

In fact i am in a two week phase at this time where i will i will wear the vest 8hrs per day 5x per week. I will only pull it off when sparring. Next week i will wear the vest every other day. The weight will be approximately 15-20lbs. The following week i will wear the vest every other day, but not while training. This usually results in a significant increase in power output as well as power endurance.

The xvest is a topline vest that can be wore in any type of situation. It has also been shown to produce positive results in individuals that wore the vest alone and did not exercise.

Coach Hale,

Are you wearing the vest while just walking around the office or house when you say 8 hours a day? Or are you in a gym or workout situation while wearing it?

Thanks,

Mike

ttt

Id imagine it would be hell on your knees to do a lot of running whilst wearing a weight vest.

Unless you're running on a soft surface.

be sure you have adequate strength in the knees before using it with high impact activities.

As with any program it is dependent on the individual.
