What are some of your favorite plyometric exercises, that you find really work? I do jumping power lunges, but thats about it. Is there any sites that you can download these exercises for free?

i love pike jumps but they are hard as hell. I like most of the olympic plyo field stuff too, like long jumps, and that sort.
I've got a few new plyos im toying with that i will definitly be public eventually. A method of adjusting plyos to various needs, and various levels.

I like mixing plyos with heavy lifting. A heavy 1-3 rep set of squats followed by a set of jump squats. A heavy set of bench followed by clapping push-ups.
That sort of thing...
