It's a loss but in no way does it tarnish Fedor's reputation as a fighter. There's a lot of different rules and regulations on MMA depending on when and where you fight. Shit happens and the better fighter does not always win.
A loss is a loss, people should stop worrying about it, i'm sure Fedor doesn't care. Like Randy's loss to Belfort the better fighter lost. Hey we still have Rickson.

I understand where you are coming from, but the reason there is controversy is because it's clearly not a loss by RINGS rules. RINGS viloated it's own rules by declaring it a loss (so they could have better ratings for their tournament).
It's rare that I don't like to watch a good beating but that 2nd Koshaka fight was almost too violent. Fedor beat him badly the entire time and mashed in his face.
ttt
BrutalMedic - Are you retarded or just busting balls?Would probably feel like a sucker for trying to claim he "beat" him?
Of course I've seen the fight and yes it didn't even get to the point it could be considered a "fight", but my question is, how do you think Kohsaka feels whenever people call Fedor undefeated?
threestars35 -Xuh - lolz @ the 'fedor obviously won in rings rules' people crawling out again
ii) the 'body shots' and 'gullotines' didn't win him the fight under rings rules, in fact the fight was scored 0 for Fedor, 1 for arona, 2 for draw, and the overtime (scored seperately) was won by fedor's standup. but there never should have been an overtime, because the judge who scored it for arona was right.
also fedor's GNP wouldn't have done crap all since he was on bottom most the fight and mounted repeatedly (give arona strikes to the head from there and can someone say cut stoppage?)
huh?
yes? which bit didn't you understand?
Nate new thread - Right.
He beat Arona just like Machida beat Shogun. Or Bisping beat Hamill.
Its all relative, bro.
True. It's the same way Arona beat Mezger. And how Nog beat Ricco.
Throwing the uber close machida/shogun bout and the not-at-all controversial (imo based on Pride rules including the weight issue) nog/ricco bout in with the legitly bad decision of bisping/hamill is silly.
