Fedor wants to be a trainer; what's he going to teach?

Not just Fedor but an MMA fighter in general. They are generalists, not specialists and masters at anything.

He can’t teach how to be explosive and fast.

He was never a technical fighter or tactical. And not inspirational.

Is he going to teach striking? He was a sloppy striker.
Grappling? He was not a submission master.
Wrestling? No.

I’m not trying to be disrespectful, but what are you going to learn from Fedor?

Or GSP, for example. How to be a world class athlete? Maybe Jon Jones could learn how to cycle from GSP, but that’s it.

What about Ngannou? “Just be big and swing in the general direction of your opponent and they usually fall”.

Maybe Khabib could teach things because he was so grappling centric and his father actually prepared him to be a trainer. But even then, there are wrestling coaches in Dagestan who can teach you better probably.

On the other hand, take Artur Kyshenko. A master striker. One of the greatest kickboxers who has ever lived. Super technical and tactical. Probably the best utilization of body shots I’ve ever seen by a fighter. If you watch his seminars, it’s obvious you can learn a lot from him.

He’s also a handsome guy. That helps with learning.

You can’t learn anything from MMA fighters.

Fedor already has a Bellator LHW champ and former Bellator int. HW champ on his team as well as a Bellator MW title challenger and a BW who just beat a former NCAA champ and Bellator BW champ last night.

Perhaps the most retarded thread in UG history.

He was only like the best fighter in the world for a decade you retard. He could probably train a woman how to beat your candy ass.

He knows first hand the preparation and the work put in to become the best in the world

Great fighters don’t always become great trainers, and great trainers weren’t always great fighters.

Not everybody can be Pat Miletich.

What do his accolades have to do with him being able to teach?

His technique is not good. McGregor for example would not be a good trainer either.

Neither Mike Tyson.

Khabib is the only one I could think of that could be a good trainer.

Bashing is when somebody is being rude, an Internet tough guy and baselessly cussing and hating on a fighter.

I am doing none of that. I am just discussing and sharing my opinion.

Are you claiming Mike Tyson’s technique wasn’t good?

Mike Tyson’s technique was beautiful. But that does not mean he can teach it.

But he can and has taught ppl lol.
