Fight on Friday Workout

Got this from Crossfit:

3 rounds for Time:

30 Sprawls
30 Push ups
30 Sit ups
30 Squats
30 sprawls w/ 1-2 punch on heavy bag.

I'm going to try this out one day....one day.

I just did this one last night on the CF rest day. 18:49. Took surprisingly longer than I thought but then again each round you are doing 60 burpees and adding in the jab-cross increases the stress to your stamina.
